Forest Lake Education Center is a pre-K-8th grade Seventh-day Adventist elementary school where Jesus is the center. Faith and knowledge work hand in hand as we provide a positive, enriching environment and strong academics.
When to Apply
Forest Lake Education Center encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms uploaded to the application, along with a non-refundable fee of $110 paid before any application will be considered for review.
Please note that classes fill up quickly. Your application will not be reviewed until application, fee, and all documents are submitted. Your submission does not guarantee a spot until approval from admissions committee.
How to Apply
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We require all applications and documents to be submitted online. Click here to request an appointment via email.
1. To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Families with multiple students: please complete one application fully before adding your additional students. This will allow you to copy information you have already entered in the first application.
After submitting the application, you will be contacted regarding scheduling placement testing (only for grades 1-8). Application must be submitted and all required documents must be received before placement testing is scheduled. Once placement testing has been completed the application and documents will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee.
