If you have not already done so, please first contact our Principal, Mrs. Aileen Valenzuela, directly at 386-965-4217 outside of instructional hours. Before applying, we need to meet you and your child with a copy of their report card, testing results, and IEP (if applicable). Come tour our campus and clear up any questions or concerns you may have.

Creating an Online Application

Applying online provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. To begin the Online Application,

Select Create an Account from the left margin. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS OR APPLICATIONS FOR THE SAME CHILD. Contact us at 386-454-2777 if you need assistance.
Log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child, which gives you the flexibility to SAVE and LOGIN to your application as many times as necessary until you are ready to SUBMIT.

After submitting the application, your account allows you to track your admissions status and print the completed forms for your records.

Request Paper Application or More Information

Should you prefer to apply using a paper application, you may do so by printing, completing and submitting the Paper Application Form. If you desire more information, please Request More Information and someone will contact you.
